1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on My Opinio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is owned and operated by Opinio LLC, a company registered in the State of Nevada, USA. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. About Our Agent Network

The Platform is made accessible in certain regions through a network of independently contracted payment agents ("Agents"). The role of an Agent is strictly limited to:

• Receiving funds from users wishing to deposit, and reporting confirmed deposits to Opinio LLC.
• Disbursing funds to users upon approval of a withdrawal request by Opinio LLC.

Agents are independent contractors. They are not employees, partners, shareholders, or directors of Opinio LLC. They have no authority to represent Opinio LLC in any capacity beyond payment facilitation. They do not own or operate the platform, and they have no access to the platform database, user accounts, or personal data.

Any dispute regarding the platform, your account, or points must be directed to Opinio LLC at support@myopinio.com — not to individual Agents.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or referrals is prohibited.
• Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately suspended and their data deleted.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your country of residence.

4. Points System

The platform uses a virtual points currency ("pts") for all prediction activity.

• Points are awarded upon account creation, confirmed deposits, referrals, and winning predictions.
• Points have no real-world monetary value unless exchanged through our withdrawal programme, subject to eligibility and approval by Opinio LLC.
• The standard conversion rate is €1 = 10 pts, though this may change at our discretion.
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
• We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or revoke points in cases of fraud, abuse, or technical error.
• A platform fee of up to 5% is deducted from winning payouts to sustain the platform.

5. Prediction Markets

• All markets are for entertainment and educational purposes only.
• Markets are created and resolved by platform administrators or automated systems.
• Market results are final once settled. No appeals will be accepted after settlement.
• We reserve the right to void, cancel, or delay any market at our discretion — for example, in cases of ambiguous outcomes, technical issues, or insufficient participation. If voided, all stakes are refunded in full.
• Minimum bet per trade: 100 pts. Maximum bet may depend on your membership tier.

6. Trade Cancellation

You may cancel an open trade within 5 minutes of placing it. After this window, trades are final and cannot be reversed. Cancelled trades are fully refunded.

7. Referral Programme

• You earn 100 pts when a referred friend places their first trade.
• Your referred friend also receives 100 pts as a welcome bonus on their first trade.
• Referral bonuses are paid once per referred user only.
• Referral bonus points are for trading only — they cannot be withdrawn until converted through winning trades.
• Self-referrals or artificial referral schemes are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus points.

8. Deposits

The Platform uses an agent-assisted deposit process. There is no automated payment processor. Deposits work as follows:

• To deposit, contact an authorised Agent via WhatsApp (the contact number is shown within the app) and state the amount you wish to deposit.
• You transfer funds directly to the Agent. The Agent confirms receipt to Opinio LLC, who then credits the corresponding points to your account.
• The minimum deposit is €10 (or equivalent). Points are credited only after the Agent confirms receipt to Opinio LLC.
• Deposits are non-refundable once points have been credited to your account.
• Always retain proof of payment. Unverified deposit claims cannot be credited.
• Opinio LLC reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion, including for compliance or fraud-prevention reasons.
• Agents collect funds solely on behalf of Opinio LLC. Any funds collected by an Agent in connection with a deposit are the responsibility of Opinio LLC to account for upon confirmed Agent report.

9. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are also processed through the Agent network and are subject to approval by Opinio LLC.

• To withdraw, contact an authorised Agent via WhatsApp, stating the number of points you wish to redeem.
• The Agent forwards the request to Opinio LLC. Upon verification and approval, Opinio LLC instructs the Agent to disburse the corresponding funds to you.
• Minimum withdrawal: 200 pts (equivalent to €20).
• Processing typically takes 2–7 business days from the time Opinio LLC approves the request.
• Opinio LLC reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined at Opinio LLC's discretion where fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
• Opinio LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information provided by users.

10. Membership Plans

Premium membership tiers may be available to enhance your experience on the Platform. Benefits may include higher trade limits, reduced platform fees, and bonus points. Full details of available plans, pricing, and cancellation terms are shown within the app at the time of purchase.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of points:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place trades or manipulate markets.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate market outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities — report these immediately to support@myopinio.com.
• Creating multiple accounts for any reason.
• Sending false or fraudulent payment confirmations to Agents or Opinio LLC.
• Any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Opinio LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of fraud or abuse, any remaining points balance may be forfeited. Account deletion requests can be submitted to support@myopinio.com.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the logo, branding, design, and software — is the property of Opinio LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of market outcomes, or the preservation of points balances in all circumstances.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Opinio LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of points, loss of data, or inability to access the Platform. Individual Agents are not liable for platform-related matters — all liability rests with Opinio LLC to the extent specified herein.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Clark County, Nevada, USA. We encourage users to first contact us at support@myopinio.com to resolve issues amicably before pursuing formal action.
